Commercial real estate developer Watt Properties’ twin tower Watt Plaza in Century City was originally completed in 1982. Motivated by the A-List entertainment and financial services clientele moving into neighboring buildings, Watt sought to create an updated identity by rethinking the building’s common areas, most notably the lobby. Wolcott implemented a striking new design approach that provided Watt Plaza’s tenants an inviting entry, an activated exterior plaza area, which together communicate a modern attitude and status.
