Wolcott updated an existing suite of strategically located offices for Woodridge Capital. Their priorities were to highlight the impressive Century City views while utilizing the 8,000 square feet to create sufficient space for the client’s extensive art collection. Wolcott’s plan provided additional offices, conference rooms and storage in an elegant contemporary style.
