One Sunset
Wolcott was enlisted to collaborate on a new restaurant/bar space at One Sunset, positioning it to appeal to an A-list clientele. The space, located in the heart of the Sunset Strip, required Wolcott’s designers to team with I-Crave Design Group, to meet the significant challenge of creating an open restaurant dining experience that is separated into zones and levels to increase the sight lines, yet providing the ability to delineate space for VIP events. Specific elements included a new champagne bar, new main bar and lounge area, general dining room and VIP candlelit dining room with DJ booth.
The space exudes an exotic aura with an open Moroccan feel, highlighted by dark woods and rich fabrics with a contemporary twist. Design elements work synergistically to establish an atmosphere of sophisticated celebration, at once providing privacy and connection to the overall experience.
