West Hills Corp. Pointe
The original food service facility on the Corporate Pointe campus was found to be under-utilized and inefficient. The developer engaged WAI to completely reinvision the facility. The WAI team took a blank slate approach that began with visioning and reprogramming. Once a new program was approved, the design evolved to include a new space plan with architectural modifications that re-aligned the entrance and enhanced outdoor dining. The completed 12,000 square foot operation now serves as a focal point and anchors the corporate business park and retail center.
