LA Center Studios
Film LA Inc. needed a modern and edgy build-out of the 20,000 square feet of raw space it had selected for its headquarters in the LA Center Studios complex. The unique rhombus shaped space served as an inspiration to Wolcott’s designers, who created an innovative plan that expressed Film LA’s personality in the entertainment industry. Within a modest budget, Wolcott found unique solutions through the use of saw-tooth wall line, glass, open black-painted ceilings, polished concrete floors and bright colors, along with custom millwork and furniture.
