Interactive entertainment software leader, THQ, Inc., needed new corporate headquarters for its administrative and marketing teams. Selecting a site that consisted of two, 50,000 square foot floors of an industrial building, THQ turned to Wolcott to create a contemporary and fun office space under a tight schedule and budget. Wolcott’s designers envisioned an open plan concept, with details including floating cloud elements, a new interior stair, skylights and added fenestration for better natural day-lighting.
Wolcott instituted a comprehensive approach to the project and assembled a strong team of project manager, design firm, consultants, and furniture dealer. This team along with client representatives, collaborated under Wolcott’s careful guidance to fulfill the challenging project demands.
