Opting to stay in place with all the other financial movers and shakers in the highly desirable rental marketplace, HLHZ entrusted their remodel and expansion to Wolcott. The experienced Wolcott team, with an impressive portfolio of financial clients, developed a distinctive plan appropriate to the powerful status of this major investment bank. The new design focused on renovating the ground floor lobby and upgrading the client facing and other common areas.
