Building on their reputation for designing unique spaces for new media, Wolcott was encouraged by Digisynd, a internet media and marketing Group. The challenge was to integrate a raw creative aesthetic (complete with production soundstage space) with a minimal, but sophisticated executive and client facing areas. The design team strategically focused their efforts on maintaining a substantial amount of
existing partitions to reserve construction time and conserve the tenant improvemement budget allowance.
