Wolcott supports and collaborates on residential design including single family dwellings, apartments, condominiums and mixed use projects. This signature property located in the highly desirable neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, was renovated to incorporate an East Coast theme. The 5,000 square foot residence was updated to include a combined kitchen/dining/great room that opens onto a newly landscaped backyard with an outdoor kitchen for entertaining. The second floor contains bedrooms, a large master suite and an intimate library/game room.
