Karl Storz Endoscopy-America
Karl Storz Endoscopy selected Wolcott to design the interiors for their new North American headquarters. The 95,000 square foot, 3-floor space contains executive offices, conferencing, administrative and sales functions and includes a mock operatory to showcase their medical equipment and its functions. The German based firm influenced the design to be functional with design elements that integrated the legacy and legitimacy of the firm. The Wolcott design team included a glass monumental stair that features an image based history of the company through the use of applied graphics, which were designed and developed by Wolcott’s in-house Skin graphic design group.
