- Initiate project dialogue to define goals, objectives, procedures and strategies
- Compile a profile and devise a strategy for potential expansion

- Evaluate existing furnishings for re-use and prepare inventory as required
- Establish a project budget based on client goals and objectives
- Assist in alternative building evaluations considering square footage calculations, building module, standards, systems and valuing reuse of existing improvements
- Develop a master project schedule
- Compile a program requirements project report
- Review and report on ADA/Title 24 requirements
- Evaluate tenant work letter as applied to design and construction
