Design Development

  • Prepare final design options based on approved budget and schematic concepts
  • Present proposed final design layout, color/finish materials, architectural details, signage, furnishings and accessories
  • Review plans and specifications for technical accuracy
  • Review criteria for pre-qualifications of engineers, contractor and suppliers/vendors
  • Advise client on selection of structural, mechanical, electrical and other consultants (acoustical, lighting, audio visual, data/telecom)
  • Identify any specified long-lead delivery items
